In the past 15 years, jump roping or skip roping has become a popular sport in many European Countries, the United States, Canada, and Australia. Several official federations have been created such as the European Rope Skipping Organization (www.erso.org), the International Rope Skipping Federation (www.irsf.ca), and the United States Jump Rope Federation (www.usajumprope.org). Jump roping continues to gain popularity due to its many athletic and mental benefits

Directions to the St. Stylianos Secondary School:Take Strovolos avenue going south, towards Lakatamia. At the METRO round- about go straight (south) towards Lakatamia. In about 100 meters, at the stop lights, turn left. The school is on the left hand side, about 150 meters after you turn left at the stop lights and right after the St. Stylianos church. Once you enter the school premises, the gym area is behind the main building.
